L’Envol Rouge 2022 is a natural red wine offered by Domaine Fontaine des Grives.
Merlot is harvested from clay soils. Whole cluster maceration lasts for one week. The goal is to respect the raw material as much as possible, avoiding extraction to produce a juice that is full of fruit and retains freshness.
