Our Opinion:
Lolita Sene began her career as a winemaker in 2018 after a Parisian life that led her to wine, followed by an American interlude before diving into natural wine.

Now settled in the Gard region, near the Côtes du Rhône, she produces splendid, pure juices with explosive fruit from her hectare of vineyards, cultivated as naturally as possible (100% manually) without any additives.

Couscous Blanc 2023 is a wonderful white wine made from Cinsault, intense, pure, fresh, and saline... A true delight!
