Tasting: A juicy wine, full of fruit, generous with great drinkability.
Vinification: The grapes are sorted, destemmed, and placed in tanks upon arrival at the winery. They are then infused for about fifteen days. 60% of the blend is aged for 12 months in old barrels, while the remainder is aged in concrete tanks.
