The Mascha cuvée from Domaine Arletaz is simply delicious, fresh, and above all, Natural!
It comes from 85-year-old vines planted in the commune of Opoul Périllos in the Pyrénées Orientales.
The soil is very stony red clay. Organic farming practices are used, with treatments based on plant extracts.
Aged for 12 months in concrete tanks, with one-third in barrels that have been used for more than three vintages.
Production: 3,000 bottles. Yield: 20 hl per hectare.
