Grape Variety – Blend: 100% Sémillon
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vinified and aged in French oak barrels (Berthomieu). No SO2 added for malo-lactic fermentation control. Fining with bentonite. Unfiltered wine.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful nose of ripe fruits, dense palate. Very integrated and homogeneous oak. Notes of apricots, honey, almonds, and hazelnuts.
Average Annual Production: 3,500 bottles (75 cl)
Food Pairing: Pairs well with cheese, poultry, seafood, and foie gras.
