

Confidential wine selection, small estates & old vintage
Red, 100% Cabernet Franc.
Indigenous yeasts, short maceration with minimal handling of the grapes. Vinification in tanks and aging in terracotta jars (9 months). Light sulfur at bottling (from 0 to 1.5 g/hl depending on the vintage). No filtration or fining before bottling.
Cabernet Franc as we love it, with that vegetal dimension that suits it so well.
