Tasting: Very delicate on the nose, the palate is vibrant, round, and taut with beautiful persistence.

This wine can be served chilled.

Vinification: The grapes are sorted, destemmed, and placed in tanks upon arrival at the winery. They are then infused for about a week (6 days). The blend is aged in concrete tanks.

Food Pairing: A "fish red" or summer red, perfect with grilled dishes from land or sea.
