One of the latest arrivals in Bergerac, Benoit presents here a cuvée based on Merlot, crafted in tanks with gentle macerations.
There are no tannins in this cuvée; it is smooth and fresh. The wine has a very pleasant airy quality.
It pairs wonderfully with Périgord cuisine, such as duck confit or braised duck breast
