Confidential wine selection, small estates & old vintage
The Site
In Gironde, in the Libournais region.
The Vineyard
Cultivated using sustainable viticulture practices. The old vines are over 50 years old, with an average age of around 25 years.
The Soil
A mix of gravel and fine sands with a layer of clay below, promoting optimal drainage.
Harvesting and Vinification
This beautiful white wine is made using traditional methods with Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. A long, slow maceration at low temperatures allows for optimal notes and flavors, followed by settling and fermentation below 18°C in temperature-controlled tanks. Aging on fine lees precedes bottling in early spring. Aromatic precision is also achieved through a rigorous selection of each grape, using high-precision optical sorting.
The Blend
Sauvignon Blanc: 70% / Sémillon: 30%
The Sémillon contributes creaminess and length, while the Sauvignon Blanc ensures freshness and aromatic expression.
