100% Cinsault, sourced from organically cultivated vines, includes parcels from Lolita on sandy clay soils and parcels from Nicolas Renaud of Clos des Grillons on limestone soils.

Manual harvest on August 12th. Natural vinification, punching down, with 6 days of maceration using whole clusters in tanks. Aged in tanks on lees. Bottled at the end of April 2022 without fining or filtration. Zero added sulfites.
