Located in Saint-Aubin on the Côte de Beaune, the estate spans 10 hectares across the vineyards of Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Puligny-Montrachet.
The estate has its origins in the mid-17th century, with Pierre Bachelet cultivating vines in Chassagne-Montrachet as early as 1648. Today, Jean-Claude and his sons, Benoît and Jean-Baptiste, carry on this legacy by farming the vines in a traditional manner.
The winemaking process is as natural as possible, as it was certified organic in 2023.
