Confidential wine selection, small estates & old vintage
The Côtes du Jura Savagnin Cœur de Marne is a wine made from grapes produced in the Château-Chalon appellation. It is aged in barrels, but unlike Château-Chalon, it is bottled after approximately two years of aging. This aging occurs under a veil, during which it acquires its distinctive aromas.
It pairs well simply with walnuts and Comté cheese, as well as with creamy dishes or Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines, as it handles spices very well.
This wine can be enjoyed today but can also be easily stored in the cellar for about ten years.
