Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this white wine offers a great introduction to the wines of Jura with its floral aromas.

The fact that it is cultivated in less marl-rich soil than our other plots still gives it the subtle typicity of Jura wines.

This wine pairs perfectly with fish and white meats. It can also be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif.
