The 'Les Vireuils Dessous' parcel is located on the Meursault mountain, on the Auxey-Duresses side, at the top of the hillside. This altitude allows the wine to mature more slowly than other plots. The wine-making work is carried out in the greatest Burgundian tradition, bringing to the wine this quality and this recognized complexity. The grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Aging is done in oak barrels for about 12 months.
