This Meursault 1er Cru Les Cras 2023 from the Cerberon estate is a prestigious Burgundy white wine, available in very limited quantities.

The plot of Meursault "Les Cras" is located at the bottom of the hillside with a south-southeast exposure, sunny from the first hours of the day. The grapes are harvested by hand then pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. The fermentation and aging are carried out in oak barrels, 1/3 of which is new. This powerful white wine has good aging potential. Do not hesitate to carafe it before the tasting to reveal all its aromas.
