The Mérolles cuvée is a French whisky aged in former bourbon barrels (4 to 5 years old) and produced with 100% barley sourced from the Mabillot distillery farm.
“Mérolles” refers to one of our plots where the barley used for making our whiskies was cultivated and harvested.
