Confidential wine selection, small estates & old vintage
L’Orschwillerbourg produces deep, fleshy red wines with a certain tannic power.
Characterized by black fruits like blackcurrant on the nose, it is velvety on the palate.
The 11 months of aging in oak barrels, including a small proportion of new barrels (10 to 15%), adds a structuring and elegant relief that enhances its tannins.
This unfined wine can be enjoyed in its exuberance or mellowed by decanting one hour before serving.
