Appearance – Color

The bright carmine garnet color and the fruity aroma of morello cherry, along with vanilla oak and hints of licorice, promise a pleasant tasting experience.

Palate

On the palate, the sensations balance between creaminess and power, culminating in a warm impression.

Vinification

Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 16 months in oak barrels, one-third of which are new. Traditional fining with egg whites.
