This Pommard 2019 from the Cerberon estate is a fruity red wine with silky and elegant tannins. The Pommard appellation is part of the Burgundian vineyard.
The family estate of Le Cerberon has 2.84 hectares of vineyards in the communes of Pommard, Meursault and Volnay. The Pommard plot is located at the bottom of the hillside and enjoys optimal sun exposure. The grapes are harvested in small perforated boxes, rigorously sorted and destemmed at 98%. After slowly pressing the fruit, the juices are partially blended in oak barrels for 18 months.
