Bordeaux whites, produced throughout the Bordeaux appellation area, are dry, crisp, and fruity wines mainly made from Sauvignon, Sémillon, and Muscadelle, with Sauvignon sometimes vinified alone. Some dry Bordeaux whites, aged in oak barrels, show a certain roundness.
